Dispatchers are to ensure that employees check-in at start of shift and promptly check out at end of shift make sure that all posts are covered at all times. Maintain telephone communications with client sites; receive calls from Security Officers and Field Supervisors; maintains logs. Report to appropriate management or scheduling staff any posts that are not staffed in a timely manner; locate staff to cover open posts. Field calls from client representatives related to staffing issues and ensures immediate resolution of any problems. Update scheduling records, as appropriate, when day-to-day assignments change on scheduling systems; properly document changes to scheduling or security coverage requirements. Control keys, equipment and vehicle fleet. Perform task and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office work.
